KastKing Showcases New Innovative Products at ICAST
KastKing is set to bring out revolutionary design fishing tackle products at the ICAST New Products Showcase July 20 – 23 in Orlando, Florida.
(For Immediate Release – July 12, 2021 – Garden City, Long Island NY) KastKing, (kasting.com) a member of the Eposeidon family of brands, will enter several innovative fishing tackle products in the ICAST (International Convention of Allied Sport Fishing Trades) New Product Showcase taking place July 20 – 23 in Orlando, Florida. New fishing products are voted on for “Best of Show” awards by members of the fishing media and fishing tackle industry buyers. ICAST is the world’s largest fishing trade show.
Several KastKing products are set to turn heads among the fishing tackle industry and the media. The KastKing V10LS rod rack and line spooling station, which was brought to the public in June, can hold 10 fishing rod and reel combos and has a fishing line spooler that doesn’t put twist in the line as it is spooled on a fishing reel. The patent-pending design spooling station can be used to add any monofilament, fluorocarbon, or braided fishing lines to baitcasting reels or spinning reels. KastKing is a previous winner of an ICAST New Products Showcase Award for their innovative design fishing rod floor racks.
KastKing will bring its KastPro 13X Finesse braided line to the judging. KastPro 13X, released earlier this year, is a 13-strand superior braid line that is strong, thin and limp. Its specialized fiber strands are crossed 36 times every inch (36 PPI) creating an extremely smooth finish. 13X Finesse was developed primarily for the finesse fishing and spinning reel market, but has many other applications. Currently KastPro 13X Finesse is available in three colors, Hi-Vis Chartreuse, White and Moss Green on 150 yard spools from 6 lb to 30 lb test.
Lastly, KastKing will unveil a new baitcasting reel with a groundbreaking, patent-pending braking system and other novel “wow-factor” features. It will carry the name KastKing MegaJaws Elite. KastKing developed and tested the MegaJaws Elite in complete secrecy. The new baitcaster was an offshoot of CEO Tate Cui’s policy of encouraging open thinking and bringing fresh ideas to the forefront among company employees. Specs and details about the MegaJaws Elite will be made public at ICAST.
On hand at the KastKing ICAST Booth 1217 will be several KastKing Pro Staff including, MLF Pro Brent Chapman, MLF Pro Cliff Crochet, B.A.S.S. Pro Michael Hendrick, and Capt. Brian Boxx.
In addition, KastKing is sending key people — CMO Tom Gahan, VP of Business Development Al Noraker, Product Development Manager Scott Thomas, Media Host AJ Gore, Communications Specialist Nikki Delio, and Marketing Specialist Christin Kruger to meet and mingle with industry ICAST attendees.
