Nothing seems to bring both sides of the aisle together quite like outdoor recreation. Important legislation like the Great American Outdoors Act and the America’s Conservation Enhancement Act have bridged the partisan gap and been enacted. Building on these successes, the ASA Government Affairs team is working on the landmark Outdoor Recreation Act – a bill that will improve fishing opportunities on federal lands.
