RipaLip University marine electronics learning app now includes Garmin

Thank you for being a RipaLip University app customer.

I am happy to announce that we have added the Garmin Echomap Ultra and UHD models to the app. Over the next several weeks we will be adding to the Garmin guides and including additional gear.

As always, there are weekly updates to the Lowrance and Humminbird guides. There is nothing you need to do. Your phone or tablet will be automatically updated. Note, you can install our app on your phone and tablet, then use the same login credentials on both.

If you downloaded the app before February 16, 2022 make sure you are updated to the newly released v3.0.

The easiest way to tell if you have v3.0 installed is to look at the guides page for any gear. If you see basic and premium resources with a white and gold book you have v3.0 installed. If not, just go to your app store, search RipaLip University and choose “update”.

Make sure you take advantage of all the new features in the RipaLip University app. We have added an enhanced search capability. Want to find a setting? Just type “jig” in the search bar for your Humminbird Helix to find the jigging mode settings.

Don’t forget about cheatsheets. As you dial-in your electronics for a particular body of water, create a custom Cheatsheet and fill in your settings. Want to save notes on a successful fishing trip, make a Cheatsheet. Add notes and custom fields like water clarity, moon phase, water temp, spawn phase, lure, wind, etc. This can be especially helpful for you tournament anglers!
