The MAPLand Act would move federal land management into the modern era and make it easier for Americans to get outdoors and enjoy our public spaces. The MAPLand Act would require federal agencies to develop useful and readily available digital information so the public can easily discover and understand recreation opportunities and restrictions on their federal public lands and waters.

Passing the MAPLand Act would help move federal land and water management agencies into the 21st century, support rural and urban economies, and introduce an all new group of users to the joys of the great outdoors.
