The V-Sharp Series includes the Classic II, Curve, Xtreme Edge, and most recently, the A4 model. Simply draw the blade in a slicing motion entirely through and out of the sharpener while keeping the blade flat against the Blade Guide. This motion is all it takes to achieve a consistent angle from the heel to the tip. After sharpening to a keen edge, turn the hones over with the hardened steel facing up, and increase the angle by one notch (5°) to finish the blade to a razor edge.
The V-Sharp CLASSIC II is equipped with two 325 grit double-sided Diamond Rods and finishing steels that sharpen both sides of the blade at one time. There are three adjustable angles that quickly change (20°, 25°, 30°). The sharpener weighs about 2 pounds and has a hand-crafted metal frame, sturdy rubber base, and durable powder-coated finish.
V-Sharp CLASSIC II ELITE is the same extremely popular Classic II mounted on a solid wooden base to give a classy look and make sharpening even easier!
V-Sharp XE (Xtreme Edge), similar to the V-Sharp CLASSIC II in use, has two 325 grit double-sided Diamond Rods and finishing steels. It has been designed to be extremely lightweight, made from ABS Plastic (8 ounces). The V-Sharp XE is entirely waterproof, so you don’t have to worry about rusting. Snap-in Rods make for quick angle & grit changes and offers four angles (17°, 20°, 25°, 30°), making it versatile while out in the field or boat. Now comes with a fitted carrying case.
V-Sharp Curve is ultra-compact and the easiest to use of the V-Sharp Series. The unique curve in the Diamond Rods maintains a 25° angle throughout the entire blade. Spring-loaded Diamond Rods keep equal pressure on each side while pulling the blade through. With no adjustments needed, all you need to do is keep your blade flat against the Blade Guide and let the sharpener do the rest.
The Multi-Edge breaks away from the V-Sharp design and offers an infinite angle 10°-90° Guide Rod & Clamp, 600 grit plate & stropping plate (included), and features a large 220mm flat diamond honing plate. Optional 270, 325, & 1000 grit diamond plates are available.

Multi-Edge Diamond Stones are available in 325 (coarse), 600 (medium), or 1000 (fine) diamond grit.
V-Sharp Classic II Ceramic Rods offer an extra level of blade polish and will sharpen serrated edges such as on a bread knife, and the ceramic hone will give a slick edge to a smooth blade as well.
