Scott Canterbury/Bagley Bait Company, LLC (Plymouth, Minnesota) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new sponsorship agreement with veteran fishing professional Scott Canterbury. A native and resident of Alabama, Scott has a proven and enviable track record of success at many levels. Scott has been fishing as a regular on the Walmart FLW Tour since 2008 and with over 35 Top 10 finishes and career winnings of nearly a million dollars he has been one of the most visible pros on that tour.

Don Hultstrand, President of Bagley Bait Company says, “We are extremely excited to have a professional of Scott’s caliber working with us at Bagley. With over 15 years of experience in professional fishing and with a demonstrated track record of success over that span it is a natural fit with Bagley. We have over a 60 year tradition of making innovative lures that have been instrumental in helping many pro anglers climb onto the winner’s platform. Scott has been a tremendous ambassador for the sport during his career – as much as being a successful pro – and we are thrilled and proud to be able to have him on our staff.”

Canterbury plans to fish the FLW Tour as well as in select BASS events in 2016. Canterbury comments, “Bagley has been the go to topwater and crank bait for bass Pro’s for years. Four Classic wins attest to its tradition of making lures that pro’s trust to catch fish. I am excited to be able to work promotionally with Bagley and fish their broad line of products. I am also excited about the opportunity to be involved with legendary lure designer, Jarmo Rapala; to add my knowledge into the development process of new baits under the Bagley brand name in the years ahead. When you have fished as many hours as I have, you develop an experienced idea as to what action or bait style will work in certain conditions and how some new applications can increase your odds.”
