Evers Adds Two

Like many pros, Edwin Evers ramps up his business activities during the off-season. Evers landed two keepers this winter with the addition of Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center, www.eooc.com, and Bell Outfitters, www.belloutfitters.com, as new sponsors.

“Dr. Pitts at Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center asked me about sponsorship,” said Evers. “We discussed it and now the center is onboard with me.

“Plus, they will be at the Bassmaster Classic at the request of B.A.S.S. They will have a booth. It is cool stuff. The anglers will be able to get their orthopedic needs addressed at the Classic thanks to B.A.S.S. and the Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center.”

Evers suffers from tendonitis in his elbows along with carpal tunnel syndrome, thus his relationship with the center.

“Now as far as Bell Outfitters, they have a really cool product that I think is excellent,” said Evers. “They are not strictly fishing. They provide products for hunting and other outdoor activities.

“Anyway, the product is a float you attach to your tackle box or your guns, the H2O Gear Pro. If your gear falls in the water, a float rises to the surface so you can locate it. It’s a small buoy, really neat.”
