SIMMS signs Casey Ashley to pro bass team

Simms Fishing Products is heading to the 2015 Bassmaster Classic with a new weapon in its arsenal-Casey Ashley.
Casey Ashley officially joined the Simms Bass Pro Team just in time to compete in the 2015 Bassmaster Classic in Ashley’s home state. Simms will be the angler’s official apparel and footwear sponsor, providing Casey with industry-leading gear for the Classic and beyond.
“As we further deepen our roots in the world of bass fishing, we are thrilled to have Casey join our world class pro team,” says Matt Millette, Simms’ Sr. Director, Brand Marketing. “Casey is not only one of the top anglers in the world, but he is of upmost character. Casey has been competing on the Bassmaster Elite Series for 8 years, and has fished competitively for over two-thirds of his life, entering his first tournament at age 10. With 3 first place wins, and 16 top ten finishes, Casey Ashley is primed to strike at Lake Hartwell this week.
