Calm conditions will make the bass a little spooky today, with south winds clearing the water over the last few days as well. Boats seemed to be stacked on the fish making the bass even more finicky. Downsizing seems to be one method mentioned by tournament anglers for day 2 of the Sturgeon Bay Open Bass Tournament (SBOBT). No doubt some heavy bags will be weighed again today as more new fish are moving shallow every day. Stay tuned for weigh in photos and interviews this evening.
