As we head into the last part of the Bassmaster Elite Series season, many of the pros are trying to salvage a tough season, scrape together enough points to hopefully get into the Bassmaster Classic, or perhaps attempt to win their first event at the Elite level.
Well, this week’s victim of Three Questions from BassFIRST isn’t in any of those spots. Brandon Palaniuk doesn’t need to salvage his season. He’s solidly positioned in Angler of the Year points to make the Classic so far, and has already won Elite events, including one this year at Sam Rayburn in Texas.
So, read on and see if Palaniuk’s solid season has translated into brave answers for Three Questions.
DL – Where is your favorite place to be outdoors?
BP – Northern Idaho. It’s a place you can truly disconnect and at the same time reconnect with the right things in life.
DL – On an African trip, would you rather fish or hunt?
BP – That’s a tough choice. I’ve always wanted to fish in South Africa for bass, but I would probably have to choose hunting.
The animals there are so different than anything we have in the States. Plus, the animals taken in Africa go to great causes over there.
DL – What is your favorite hamburger?
BP – My favorite is a home cooked elk burger on my Trager Grill.
