Get Ready for Ice Season with Frabill’s Flip-Over Shelters
Grand Prairie, TX (October 15, 2019) Frabill revolutionized ice fishing with its flip-over shelters that featured Sidestep™ Entry. The best has gotten even better with more seating, insulation and design options.
Frabill’s newest alloy frames are 30% stronger and 30% lighter making it easier than ever to transport, set up and store your shelter. Strategically placed windows and openings allow anglers to keep an eye on tip-ups, weather and fishing activity. The patented Modular Seating System offers more seating options than ever. Sidestep™ Entry simplifies in-and-out entry without stumbling over minnow buckets, heaters and rod stands. The vertical front wall makes it easy to set the hook on a trophy. Optimized fishing space and improved storage and organization equate to more fish on the ice.
Frabill’s Flip-Over Shelters offers a myriad of configurations that can accommodate from one to three anglers with a side door and front entry, and a variety of seating and insulation options, which makes it simple to find a shelter that fits the way you fish.
The Predator (4255) line can comfortably accommodate two anglers, and it features Sidestep™ Entry, comfy, foldable boat seats, and full, quilted insulation. 28.5 fishable square feet, and a tough-as-nails 1,200-denier tent all in a 134-lb package.
The Citadel (3255/3455) comes in two configurations to accommodate two or three anglers. Both offer 28.5 square feet of fishable space and Sidestep™ Entry. The bench seat in the three-person shelter means anglers can get chummy, but still be comfortable. The two-person version has boat-style seats. The fully quilted interior allows anglers to stay toasty in the worst weather. The tent is made of 600-denier fabric. The two-person model weighs 106 lbs. The three-man model comes in at 133 lbs.
The Bro Sidestep (2255) is designed by Frabill pro angler Brian Brosdahl. It accommodates two anglers, and gives a big guy like Bro room to spread out. With 20 square feet of fishable freedom and Sidestep™ Entry, the shelter excels when fishing gets frantic. The shelter has a fully quilted interior, 600-denier tent and weighs 90 lbs.
The Aegis (2110/2250) fishes two anglers comfortably with the option of boat or jump seats. Twenty square feet of space means there’s plenty of room for electronics and minnow buckets. The 2110 model has a welded top with a 300-denier tent and weighs 60 lbs. The 2250 model offers a fully insulated, welded interior, a 600-denier tent, and weighs 80 lbs.
The Sentinel (1100) is for the solitary angler who likes to run and gun- 11.5 square feet of fishing space, front-door access and a single jump seat. The uninsulated shelter has a 300-denier tent and weighs 54 lbs so you can lift it into the tailgate.
The Recruit (1250) is for the solitary angler, but has more fishable space (16.5 square feet) than the Sentinel, has a comfy boat seat and full welded insulation. The tent is a durable 600-denier material and the unit weighs just 62 lbs.
The Recon (100) uses the KISS principle. The 300-denier uninsulated shell features two padded trunks for storage and weighs 40 lbs.
With so many options, Frabill makes it easy to get on the ice this winter.
