Sleeper Fish Houses a Great Option

Many groups like having the option of a sleeper fish house when they visit Lake of the Woods. Ice fishing has never be easier! Sleepers are much like camping, but right on the ice. Anglers like waking up early and start fishing first thing, some like staying past dark, and others will have rattle rigs set up all night so they never miss the bite! This is the perfect opportunity for visitors to really get-away from it all.

When staying in a sleeper fish house, you never have to leave. Along with being equipped with bunks and beds, sleepers have stove tops available for frying your fresh daily catch. Some are even equipped with ovens now when you want a hot pizza or special side. Guides will still check up on you if you so choose like a day house rental, but for the anglers that want to mostly “do it on your own,” a sleeper fish house is a great idea!
