Here is the latest info about high school muskie fishing in Minnesota for 2021. For ongoing information about Minnesota high school muskie fishing, please visit and like the “MN High School Muskie” Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/MNHighSchoolMuskie

The dates for most of the high school muskie tournaments are now set. See below. Also attached is a document that contains all of the high school muskie tournaments along with their dates, contacts, registration info, etc.

For all of you high school coaches, please encourage interested families to register for the tournaments that are applicable to your area. All of them are open for registration now.

Note that each area of the state has the following options for muskie tournaments.

Fish in a qualifying tournament held by your local Muskies Inc. chapter
If your chapter doesn’t hold a tournament, then reach out to chapter officials and express interest in attending the state championship on behalf of the chapter
Fish in a statewide virtual qualifying tournament held by Minnesota Youth Muskie Tournament Trail (MYMTT)
