Here’s a short video clip of a 37″ tiger musky that I caught this past weekend at Joes Valley Reservoir in Utah. The fish just went nuts after I set the hook! The tigers have been in Joes for 4 or 5 years now with the biggest fish currently topping out around 42″, so for now, you can still get away with lighter gear. The spinning rod that I’m using is about the lightest I will go with though. With all of the feed in Joes, I predict that it will soon eclipse Pineview Reservoir (Utah’s premier musky water) as Utah’s best musky fishing.
