AIM® Announces Special Activities at the 2011 Winneconne Tournament.

Plymouth, WI – March 21, 2011
Anglers Insight Marketing, LLC has announced that the Winneconne, Wisconsin community has planned two events to precede the upcoming AIM Pro Walleye Series™ tournament. The AIM tournament will officially begin with the pre-event Rules Meeting on April 19th.
On Saturday, April 16th the Winneconne Kiwanis Club is sponsoring a fund raising walk to benefit juvenile diabetes. The walk, named “Take AIM Against Juvenile Diabetes” will start at 3:30 pm on the east side of Winneconne and finish at Critters Sports on the west side of town. Following the walk, a light lunch will be available and the children will be encouraged to view the Pro Anglers’ tournament boats and collect autographs. The activities will conclude at about 5:00 pm.
All the AIM Pro Anglers are invited to participate. AIM Pro Anglers Tommy Skarlis, Ross Grothe, Mike Gofron, Scott Duncan, Marianne Huskey, Mark Brumbaugh, and Keith Kavajecz have already added their support.
Later on Saturday, beginning at about 8:00 pm, the Brian Schram Band will be performing in the Critters Sports complex – next to Woodeye’s Bar & Grill. The public is encouraged to come out and “Party with the AIM Pros”.
Anglers Insight Marketing, LLC will conduct five walleye tournaments in 2011. These events include the three qualifying tournaments of the AIM Pro Walleye Series and the season-ending AIM International Walleye Championship™. These events are a Pro-Am format where the AIM Pro Anglers are paired with a different Co-angler for each day of the three-day tournaments. AIM will also conduct a year-end tournament for the top teams from the AIM “Sanctioned Series”. The AIM International Team Championship™ will place the top teams from tournament organizations across the U.S. and Canada in direct competition.
The 2011 tournament dates include:
• April 20-22, Winneconne, WI (Wolf River Chain and Lake Winnebago)
• June 2-4, Brimley, MI (Bay Mills Invitational)
• June 22-24, Dubuque, IA (Mississippi River)
• September 15-17, Akaska, SD (AIM International Walleye Championship)
• September 15-16, Akaska, SD (AIM International Team Championship)
