Before Minnesota anglers come in at 3, here’s what yesterdays Leech Lake champs had to say about how their day went!
Tom Huynh and Nate Wolske have never fished with AIM before and brought in 38.30 pounds yesterday for the WIN!!
Way to put the hammer down on a tough bite!

Event #1 winners with their plaques from yesterday’s AWWS Warrior Boats/Hwy 3 Marine Open on Leech Lake!!
1st place went to newcomers Tom Huynh and Nate Wolske!! They worked their butts off for 38.30 pounds of hard to come by Leech Lake GOLD!! Watch for their follow up video and hear about the series of misfortunes that happened prior to the win, it’s pretty wild!
2nd place went to some favorite smiles of Scott Schultz and Christ Peters with 36.82 pounds!!
3rd place went to none other than Sean Colter and Dave Hernesman with 34.52 pounds!!
4th place was Father/Son Team of Dean and Ben Sollin with 34.51 pounds!! Man, that was a close battle there!!
5th place was the hardworking Father/Son Team that are always in the top of Dave and Jake Bonsack with 32.99 pounds!!
