It’s official Full Throttle Fishing will do Catch / Measure / Photo and Release tournament at the Mille Lacs Walleye tournament on July 26th, 2014. With the strict Walleye slot limits that are in place on Mille lacs lake a catch and release tournament does not showcase a tournament anglers ability to catch walleye. You can catch walleye all day long but unless you are lucky enough to catch the “Right” fish falling into the tight slots that are in place, it makes for a long day on the water for the tournament angler.

“Catch / Measure / Photo and Release will showcase an anglers talents to catch Walleye and supply Full Throttle Fishing tournament excitement!!” Asst. Tournament Director Kirt Hedquist said.
This year’s tournament schedule…
• April 19th Mississippi River pools 3/4/5.
• June 21st Gull Lake
• July 26th Mille Lacs Lake (Will be a Catch, Measure, Record and Release event for Walleye)
• August 9th Lake Minnetonka
