Full Throttle Fishing Coming To Lake Minnetonka: Sponsored By Fish On Kids Books

Full Throttle Fishing is heading to Lake Minnetonka for some outstanding walleye and bass fishing on August 10th. Competitors can enter either the bass division or the walleye division or both for cash and prizes. A memorable event is planned with inspirational guest speaker Pete Hein on Friday, August 9, 2013 at the rules meeting. The free dinner is provided by Fish On Kids Books and prepared and served by the St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church Men’s Group. You can sign up on the website and send in your entry today (see registration link below) or show up at the rules meeting at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church, Plymouth, Minn. (www.spdlc.org) Registration is from 5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., dinner and meeting follows registration. Make sure you let the Full Throttle staff know you are coming so we can plan the dinner.

Saturday is tournament day and it begins at 7 a.m. at Centerview Park, Harrison Bay with the weigh in at 3 p.m. Once the weigh in starts you will see some big walleyes and big bass weighing in on the Full Throttle stage! Bass and Walleye Teams of the Year will be announced with each team receiving THREE OPTIMA BATTERIES.  Just a reminder there will be an NPAA Youth and Family Fishing Clinic after the tournament. Up to 50 kids attending will receive a free rod @ reel combo and tackle.
