NPAA Member Anounces Truck Wrap/Scheels Promotion

Devils Lake, ND – Professional Angler and NPAA member #42  has got it all wrapped up for 2009 and beyond.  Johnnie Candle has signed an agreement with the Lake Region State College in Devils Lake ND to include a truck wrap and promotional appearances for the next three years.  Berkley fishing tackle is also included in the truck wrap.

“This is an incredible opportunity for me.  The college is a big part of our community here in Devils Lake.  Fishing is also a big part of our way of life here.  My idea was to use the fishing to attract more attention to the college.  This wrap will do just that.”

Lake Region State College is a two year school that offers degrees in many areas including their new Wind Energy Technician Program which will start this fall.  LRSC also works closely with the University of North Dakota and has reached and agreement with them to offer graduate courses at the LRSC campus.

Candle will be providing many days on the water as well as making promotional appearances for the college.  “When I was a kid, if I would have known there was a college that I could attend and catch limits of walleye each day after school, I would have been there.  Hopefully, I can help find those kids and adults as well, and help bring them to LRSC.”
