Lake Winnipeg Greenback Seminar

On Thursday, January 30th, NPAA members and Scheels fishing pros Chad Maloy, Kyle Agre and Scott Brewer will be facilitating a seminar on landing monster greenback walleyes thru the ice on Lake Winnipeg.

Members of the Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame Inductee club, F-M Walleyes Unlimited, Inc., have been making annual trips to Lake Winnipeg, MB to fish with members of the Walleye Anglers Association of Manitoba. This coming March over 130 members are expected to make the trip up North to chase giant greenbacks thru the ice.

The seminar will be held at Scheels in Fargo from 7-9 p.m.  The night will consist of tips, tactics and discussion of equipment and strategies to provide a great “orientation” to the trip and allow those who have attended in the past to learn something new. Those who attend this seminar will be offered a 20% discount on ice fishing tackle purchased that night (minimum purchase of $50). Sign up early as space is limited!
