Wisconsin DNR Inland Trout Management Plan

The Department of Natural Resources will be implementing a process to develop an inland trout management plan to guide trout management over the next decade. The plan would address trout habitat, stocking, and other management issues in Wisconsin.
The public will have an opportunity to review and comment on a draft statewide Inland Trout Management Plan at a series of upcoming meetings. The draft management plan will be available for review in Mid-May.
The meetings will be held:
???? May 29, La Crosse from 6-8 p.m. at the La Crosse DNR Service Center, B19-20 (basement conference room), 3550 Mormon Coulee Road
???? June 3, Wausau from 6-8 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library, Wausau Community Room, 300 North First St.
???? June 4, Fitchburg from 7-9 p.m. at the Fitchburg DNR Service Center, Glacier’s Edge/Gathering Waters room, 3911 Fish Hatchery Road
???? June 5, Spooner from 6-8 p.m. at the Spooner DNR Service Center, Community Room, RM 112, 810 West Maple St.
